2cl artichoke/ginseng/maca elixir
1/2 lime, squeezed
Ginger lemonade
Cucumber espuma

Espuma: Place 4 cucumbers in the juicer. Pour the liquid into a cream siphon together with approx. 10ml egg white. Foam with CO2 cartridges. Pipe the cucumber foam onto the drink and garnish with dill topping.
