Character:
This non-alcoholic lemon aperitif is reminiscent of a non-alcoholic alternative to limoncello. It conjures up Italian dolce vita in the glass and a smile on your face.
It wants to linger on the tongue and surprise – ideally as a spritz. An ode to the “sweet life” and joy of life.
The fresh acidity of ripened lemons is balanced by subtle notes of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit.
The citrus yellow Limello is reminiscent of sunny hours in Sicily - at any time of the year.
Recipe:
The pharmacists recommend the aperitif in a wine glass as a “Limello Spritz” with Prosecco, tonic water or soda and fresh mint as a garnish.
