- 1cl artichoke / ginseng / maca elixir
- 1cl tomato juice
- a few drops of Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper salt

Preparation of bloody shots
- Take a shot glass and pour 1cl artichoke / ginseng / maca elixir into it.
- Then add 1cl of tomato juice to create a harmonious base.
- Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce for a spicy kick.
- Season the mixture with a pinch of pepper and salt to your taste.
- Gently stir all ingredients.
