A veggie mule is a refreshing change to invigorate your taste buds and add an interesting twist to the day. This drink combines the artichoke , ginseng or maca elixir with the fresh lime juice and the invigorating ginger lemonade.
Ingredients for Vegetable Mule
- 2cl artichoke / ginseng / maca elixir
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
- Ginger lemonade
- Cucumber espuma
Espuma : Place 4 cucumbers in the juicer. Pour the liquid into a cream siphon together with approx. 10ml egg white. Foam with CO2 cartridges. Pipe the cucumber foam onto the drink and garnish with dill topping.
